Feeding for over two hours - low supply?

DD is 1 week old. Tonight she has been on the breast for over 2 hours now. Every time she unlatches she goes nuts rooting. I don't know what to do. I'm sure she has drained me, but she's acting like she's starving. Does this mean I'm not producing enough?

She has been gaining weight and has plenty of wet diapers, I just can't imagine what her problem is.
