1st Trimester

S/O Hunger

I am ravenous, and it is kind of annoying. I'm not complaining, just trying to be as comfortable as possible.  So, does anyone know of or have any ideas on how to stave off the hunger? Should I be eating more filling foods or will it not matter what I eat?  Maybe I need to pick up a pregnancy nutrition book.  Any recommendations for one?  Thanks
