Question about Baby Shower

Hi There,

 

So my co-workers told me they're going in on a gift together, "a group gift." I'm so grateful and told them it was unnecessary but very sweet. And, as expected, they are insisting. They asked me what I still need; they said, "do you have a car seat, stroller, breast pump?" I'm nervous to say yes to any of these things because it seems presumptuous.

 

I do need a stroller and a breast pump, but the ones I want are slightly expensive (stroller at 250$ and the Medela breast pump.) Should I just be vague and be happy with what they give me or be specific with what I want?
