High Blood pressure and anxiety

I am 39 weeks pregnant. I have white coat syndrome. My bps are high at the docs but fine at home. They have me monitor at home to make sure its ok. I am scared to death of labor and my bp being high because I am so anxious. I am scared of hospitals and doctors. Any one have any experience with white coat syndrome or anxiety??
