decreased fetal movement

I'm getting a little worried because recently I have felt a lot less fetal movement.  My little guy used to move all the time and a lot, but lately it's just a few kicks or jabs here and there.  I don't know if this is because he is running out of room (I am almost 35 weeks) or he has changed positions or if it is something more serious.  We also had a 3D ultrasound last Sunday and she had to take his heart-rate twice because the first time she did it, it was in the 120s which she said was too low.  She shook him around a bit and woke him up and it went up to the 130s but that makes me nervous that it was ever low to begin with.  Until recently it has been in the 140s every time we went to the Drs.  Should I be concerned about all of this?
