I was just reading some birth plans below and I noticed someone wrote "if C-section is required I do not want my hands strapped down" is this really common practice?? I do not anticipate a c-section, but if this is common practice I want to discuss with my Dr and get that in my birth plan ASAP. it sounds horrific. Thanks!
