1st Trimester

Working out while pregnant?

I'm pretty new here, so forgive me if this has been addressed.  I looked, but didn't see anything.

 I've been on working out 5 times a week for a year and a half now.  I've heard that as long as the workout isn't new, you can continue doing what you were before pregnancy.

 Any thoughts on this?  My first appointment isn't for a little while.  Thanks!
