Medela Symphony Pump question

I work at a hospital with a pumping room for moms, and they provide a Medela Symphony pumps for us to use while we are at work.  I have to provide my own parts though.

The gal on the phone sounded like she has never pumped before, because she didn't really answer my questions too well, so I'm going to ask you ladies.

For those who have used a Symphony in the past, are these the parts I would have to buy to hook up to the pump? http://tinyurl.com/c9tmqw4

Or is there another part kit with more parts that I would need?

I had used a Playtex pump with my son, which was ok, but this Medela pump looks a lot more complicated.
