Anyone else nervous when driving?

So between my dizzy spells that I can't predict (although thankfully I am not getting them as much anymore) and my fatigue and my brain not working right I am really nervous when I get behind the wheel.  I ran over a curb this morning and rolled my car into a tree (from a stop no damage done to car or tree) the other day.  How I forgot to put it in park before climbing out is beyond me!  Basically it all boils down to I get nervous driving.  Course, I have to go to work and back so I have little choice (thankfully I am done with work next week for the most part.  Bad for paycheck but great otherwise).  I just wish my mind was functioning better!  I make my DH drive whenever we are together and he is the one with the carseat right now so I am not driving my DD #1. 

Anyone else just running on empty and brain cells gone and having this issue?  I don't remember it being this bad first time around!
