Has anyone had a facial (during pregnancy)?

I get pedicures and massages done all the time and recently thought about getting a facial to "heal" my face from all the pregnancy related blemishes. I have had facials before pregnancy without a problem. I guess my question is, has anyone had any issues with getting facials during pregnancy or been warned against them? Are there any particular types of products/ingredients that I should ask the aesthetician to avoid?
