gift ideas for second time moms

you would think i know this considering i have a child and am having a second soon...but i have a few friends who just had their second babies and i want to send them a small gift but i'm blanking. 

when it comes to first time moms i usually send a little outfit, a go-to favorite gift is to give the book Baby 411, etc...since it's all new to them there are more options of what to give.

but a second time mom who has all the necessities (including clothes b/c the kids are the same gender) - other ideas? what are your go-to gifts?

p.s. they are out of town so i need to mail gifts....if they were in town i'd defintiely be cookinga meal for them!
