3rd Trimester

I've pretty much weened myself off of coffee since I got preggo. But now in the 3rd tri, I'll treat myself to a cup a week. Today I am especially tired and I already had one cup. How bad would it be if I had another?

Does anyone else feel like extra tired these days?
