what to expect at overdue appointment?

Hello, I'm 2 days overdue with my second child, and go in for my "40" week check up tomorrow. Wondering what to expect at it, as I delivered my son on his due date! Will they order a NST? What happened at yours?

And also, the baby feels like he is going to fall out and my butt/vagina area feels like a huge bruise. Shoot me.
