1st Trimester

XP: Cold Sores?

May 2012 in 1st Trimester

So after getting horribly sunburnt on Sunday, I now have a gigantic cold sore. I put on some Walgreens brand cold sore treatment twice today and now I'm worried that it could be dangerous for the baby. It's too late to call my OB tonight. Have any of you heard from your doctors about cold sores during pregnancy?
