Carpal tunnel during pregnancy

About two weeks ago my hands starting going numb. At first it would wake me up in the middle of the night and now it happens all the time, while holding the phone, even just brushing my teeth. I experienced the same issue when I was pregnant with DS and it lasted 4-5 months after delivery. I am really worried that this time it will be worse and last longer. I am an accountant so I type, using an adding machine, key pad and mouse pretty much everyday. Has anyone else experienced this, especially 2nd+ time moms? How long did it last? Was there anything that you could do to help?
