Mother's day gift for my mom

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on a Mother's day gift I can get my mom that is representative of becoming a grandmother. Baby most likely won't be born yet, so I can do anything with pictures or anything else that is specific to this baby. I was thinking a Willow Tree figurine, but was looking for some other ideas. Thanks!
