Because I am kind of clueless.. leaking.. fluid or normal dc

Can anyone tell me-- what is the difference between leaking amniotic fluid/ vs. normal pregnancy wetness..

I go through 2 pantiliners a day (this has been going on since mid second trimester).. not kidding.. and I am wondering if I actually have a slow leak and just dont know it.. I never mentioned it to my doctor as I never though there was a problem- I still dont.. just wondering how I would know..

how would I know this? Thanks ladies!
