BTDT Moms: Postpartum Wardrobe

Hi Ladies,

FTM here. What did you all wear for those first few weeks after giving birth? I plan on laying on the couch with the little one for the majority of the time. I was thinking comfy black yoga pants and built in bra tank tops that I can throw a t-shirt over if anyone stops by?

What's the difference between a built-in bra and a nursing tank? I'm very blessed up top, so I'm not trying to put on a show, but can't I just pull down the tank top?  On top of everything, it will be the dead of summer. Will I be more comfortable in jersey dresses? I don't want to have my giant pads/depends putting on a show either...
