New Mom Questions

I am looking for some help to some questions I have about breastfeeding. My son was born 5/3/12 and is EBF. I formula fed my first son. Anyways, I have a couple of questions if someone can help me out.

1. My son prefers one side over the other. Is there a way to encourage him to eat from both breasts? If not, should I pump that one?

2. Is it normal for a newborn to unlatch and relatch several times during a feeding?

3. How long should he be nursing at each session at 4 days old?
