Anyone else's uterus contract AFTER peeing?

If I hold it for too long, obviously I start to feel my uterus contracting (like when I first wake up in the morning). But then I'll go to the bathroom and it will release, but as I finish peeing it tightens back up again and becomes really uncomfortable for about 10 seconds and then finally releases again. Just weird...
