Do You Bring a Diaper Bag AND A Hospital Bag to the Hospital?

Probably a silly first-time-mom question....but do you pack a duffle bag/hospital bag AS WELL as a diaper bag? Or do you just pack your hospital bag with things you'll need for your stay and leave the diaper bag at home?

Also, when do you start preparing your hospital bag?
