stomach (N0T UTERUS) cramps

I wasn't going to pose this question, but these cramps seem to be happening a little more often.

I am having cramps in my stomach (stomach NOT UTERUS) every couple days to every other day. It seems to be when I eat and the cramps are intermittent but all day. I am thinking its constipation, but not sure why my stomach would be cramping (I've never been constipated). It hurts pretty bad though (and I have a pretty high tolerance for pain).

Does anyone have any idea what could be going on? I am calling to talk to a nurse at my doctor's office today. Hopefully they can give me some advice and point me in some type of direction.
