I use sparkpeople to track my calories & macros (I'm aiming for 40/30/30 carbs/protein/fat) and not sure if I need to add 500 calories for BFing?
I read somewhere that if you're trying to lose baby weight while BFing, to allow for 200 calories to come from the "maternal fat stores" which were added during pregnancy. So thus only adding 300 calories per day for BFing.
WDYT?
My BMR is 1700 so I think I should be eating 2000 calories in order to lose weight gradually & safely? And add extra calories for any workouts I do?
