I'm here from 2nd Tri, but I just figured this out, so I thought I'd share it. I might be the only lame person who didn't know how to not pee on their hand when giving a urine sample, but in case I'm not, I think I might have finally figured out the trick! (Finally... half way through my second pregnancy! LOL!)

Sit as far back on the toilet seat as you are possibly able and keep your legs wide. When you start to go lean your torso forward - it'll aim the stream back instead of going all over. Maybe I'm the only one who didn't know this, but I would have LOVED to have seen this post a few months ago!
