Car shopping for room for 3 car seats

With baby #3 on the way and our 2 old junk cars we are working on saving up for a bigger car/suv that will fit 3 carseats we already have a van that we will likely keep or upgrade slightly we will not be financing and likely will have just a few grand to spend. Preferably something that has decent gas mileage (no v8) anyone have any suggestions?  Dd1 will be in a high back booster, dd2 in a convertible and new kid will have in infant seat of course.
