Green Poop

For the past week my 10 week old EBF LO's poop has been green. I have not changed my diet and she stays on my boob until she falls off - sometimes she suckles for more than one letdown so I find it hard to believe it is a lack of hindmilk. I had to change a dipe while at the pedi and she saw it. Doc said there is nothing to worry about, that it is green from her bile. Im still concerned - should I be?? Any thoughts why this is would be happening out of the blue?
