11 weeks and I still have major mc anxiety!

Anyone else? I've had weekly us and baby is always great, strong hb,  growin perfectly but I can't shake the fear. Dh says I'm driving him nuts! We just told my family and it made me worry even more that our us next week would show a mc... What is wrong with me?! Also, anyone else's symptoms decrease the farther along they got? (boobs less sore, less cramps, etc?)
