Which probiotics should I get ? (x-posted)

Both LO and I were on antibiotics at the hospital (we were treated for my uterine infection that I got while in early labor ) and I want to start taking probiotics to avoid thrush (been eating yogurt every day and took a large dose of a concentrated probiotic when I was at the hospital) - just not sure what to get. Any ideas?
