Smelly poop?

My daughter is EBF and the past couple of days, she's had really loud farts, a loud gurgling stomach and smelly poop. The last time I changed her, she was pooping and it looked like water was coming out as well. I have read that BF babies should not have smelly poop so I'm getting a little concerned. Any ideas as to what's going on?
