I'm hoping someone can shed some light on this!
I'm 32 weeks along with my first and work as a manager at a theme park that requires me to practically be on my feet and walking from restaurant to restaurant for 8-10 hours a day. As you can all imagine, my feet and swelling quite a bit and my legs are exhausted and become somewhat painful after only a few hours into my shift.
Any tips on how to keep energized and the swelling down?
