A gift for my OB?

Alright I have been a super nervous ftm due to early losses and my ob has been really good to me. She has mentioned her wife is due at the same time as me and they are in our birthing classes. I know that I get more excited about receiving things for our baby right now than I do for myself and was wondering is it okay to get my OB a thank you gift from their registry or is it creepy?
