This isn't mastitis, right??

Hi ladies.  On Wednesday night and then yesterday my boobs started to hurt more than usual.  I'm 8 months into BFing, and DD just got 2 teeth and has a stuffy nose, so I'm sure we have some latch issues going on.  She also hasn't been draining me as well or eating as often because of those issues and distraction.  Anyway, my boobs just hurt.  Both of them are sensitive, but my left is actually sore.  My supply seems less and it seems harder to pump to empty me.  Last night I actually got up after her middle of the night feeding and pumped until I was as empty as I could get and then slept with an ice pack, and that seemed to help a little.  I haven't had a fever, and I don't have any big lumps or hard spots, and no red streaks.  So is this just some phase with discomfort?  I'm only worried because I've heard these horror stories about masititis coming on fast and it's Friday, and I fear the weekend without access to my OB.  LOL.  Thanks for any advice!
