Hello! I'm kind of in the in-between stage of 2nd tri and 3rd tri. I'm not officially switching over here for another week or so. I'm 22, a SAHM hoping for completely drug free birth. Planning to exclusively BF and CD. My DH and I have been together about 4 years and we're expecting our first son end of july/beg of Aug. My EDD is Aug 8th but for some reason i'm thinking Aug 15th is going to be the day.
So heres my question: Whose thinking about weight loss plans already? Whats safe/ not safe while BFing. I did weight watchers in the past and lost over 30 lbs in 6 months without exercise. This time i'm going to want to lose like 80 lbs. If I only eat popcorn for a meal or a can of green beans is that going to affect my milk supply at all or will I be good no matter what I do since I take prenatals?
ETA: Any post partum weight loss success stories would be great too!
