stupidly got hit in the belly

I was adjusting how far forward the drivers seat was, while I was. Dumb I know. The person in front of me slammed on their brakes so I had to brake and the seat slid forward hitting my belly. It hurt and now I have some cramping. I think I felt the baby move since then...DH after scolding me said it should be ok. Thoughts besides what an idiot I am??
