Question on bras

I'm lurking over from the 1st trimester board b/c I have a question.  I know each woman is different, but I'm hoping to get an approximate idea to plan for the future.

1. How much larger did your bra size get from where you started? 

2. When did you feel you grew the most? 

3. Did you go ahead and buy maternity bras or go cheaper until you got closer to your due date? 

4. Were you an underwire lover and drop them for added comfort?
