Painful Gas/Digestive Issues- Am I the only one?

I'm going to mention this to my ob at my appointment next week, but was just curious about others' experiences.  There's always a lot of talk about the baby sitting on your bladder, but I don't hear/read many pregnant ladies complaining about the other business.  (Maybe because it's just TMI!)

For the past week, I've been having painful gas and feel like I'm constantly running to the bathroom- anybody else in the same boat?
