Jogging stroller for tall people... Instep Safari??

My husband is 6'6'' and I am 5'4'' and we are looking for an affordable jogging stroller that can accomodate his height, my height, and possibly a tall baby as well. Do any of you have experience with the Instep Safari? Will it accomodate a very tall person?

Any other affordable jogger suggestions for tall AND short people?? Thanks!
