Is anyone doing this? My doctor gave me a handout out with instructions on how to do this. Is anyone planning on doing it, or has done it in the past? This is my 3rd pregnancy so I am hoping that I am more stretched out this time. I had a pretty bad 3rd degree tear with DD#1, but with DD#2 I didn't tear at all. It has been 3 years since the birth of DD#2 so I don't know if the massage is something I need to do to help prevent tearing or if I will already be stretched out from previous births.....thoughts???
