stomach HURTS...no more room?

I'm constantly in pain these days between recovering from dehydration earlier this week and this baby boy not having any room to wiggle.  It almost worries me, but then again I feel like I worry about everything.  Every little movement he makes hurts...and of course you have the pressure when you stand up and walk around on the pelvis, man!  At my 32week growth scan they estimated him at 5lb 6oz...I'm a bit scared this man is HUGE and that's why I hurt so bad.  He is moving ok, but just every movement is more and more painful.  Enough is enough!
