Sharp Upper Abdominal Pain

I am at 34 weeks and 4 days. For the past couple of days, I have had a stabbing pain in my upper right abdomen area. It generally happens when I turn a certain direction (specifically the direction needed to wipe after using the bathroom). I wrote it off as gas pains or placement of the baby, but last night I was going to sleep, my husband draped his arm across my right side and must've hit the nerve/muscle because the same pain stabbed again only more intense and longer lasting than it has been. Has anyone been through the same problem? I feel like the area of the pain is too low for gall bladder and too high for appendix, so I can't figure out what else it might be.
