Couldn't live without it or should have kept it in the box?

We often never know exactly what we will need for our LO's.  I am always intrigued by those products that I found useless and other mommas found invaluable.  So heres my list:

Couldn't live without- Nipple Shields (for latching issues), Medela Breast Pump, Johnson and Johnson breast pads (the rest would wrinkle up), Microwave Bottle Sterilizer, Bouncy Seat, Pack n' Play with New Born Napper, Boppy, Baby Magic (smells much nicer than Johnson and Johnson), Pacifiers, Velcro Swaddle Blankets, White Noise Machine and Swing!

Should have kept in the box:  Diaper Genie, Baby Shoes, Lansino, Jumparoo (he hated it),  Baby Oil/Lotion, Teething rings, Bedding sets (fitted sheet and dust ruffle were all we actually used) and stuffed animals ( May sound silly, but we had over 20 and DS was never interested until he was 18 mos).

I know each baby/mom is different, so what couldn't you have lived without and what do you wish you had kept in the box?
