Baby-related pet accidents? -- advice needed!

Has anyone had issues with their pets peeing and pooping around the house? Our son is due in less than a week and we've been noticing accidents happening around the house for the last month or so. We have 2 dogs and a cat and all three of them seem to be having this problem. I've looked online and a lot of people give advice to spend more time with the pets, which we try to do. But won't this make them further upset when the baby comes and they get even less time with us? Any advice would be welcomed, our house is really starting to smell with the warming weather!
