So...contractions 5 min. apart, but I'm not in pain

I've had them at 5 minutes apart a couple of times already over the past 2 weeks, but they didn't last for more than an hour. Right now I'm at about 4 1/2 hours of 5 minutes apart and the pain has not intensified at all. Should I just wait to see if the pain increases or should I head to the hospital now? If I shouldn't go at 5 minutes apart then at what point should I go?
