Correlation between pregnancy and change in LOs stool?

For the last two weeks, DS's poop has been on the green side - sometimes darker and sometimes lighter (sorry for the TMI).  This is not normal for him but I haven't been alarmed because he's not sick and has not had any change in his diet.  The only change is that I'm now pregnant, and this started right after I became pregnant (and he is nursing obviously).  I am just curious is anyone knows if that could be causing a change in his stool for some reason.  TIA!
