What do you do for your hip pain?

Today I have had unbearable hip pain all day.  I don't know if it's how I slept or just a new symptom I will have for the next couple months, I never had it with DD.  I finally took some Tylenol because it was really bad but I don't want to do that on a daily basis.  What works for you?  I'm open and willing to try any reasonable thing you have to offer!
