Are you taking, and how much of a change did you see pumping?

I've been taking fenugreek for a few weeks now and am pumping a little more, like probably an extra 1.5-2 oz a day (pumping 3x at work and usually once at night and once in the morning), depending on how many times I pump, but not the huge jump I'd hoped for.  However, I'm wondering if I'd be seeing better results if I took more and/or was more consistent with it - I generally take 2 capsules 3x a day, but sometimes only take it once or twice a day on the weekends. I'm interested to know how much others are taking, and am going to try to be really disciplined with taking it every day and see if that helps more.
