Sciatic nerve pain???

Had to go to the hospital last night because of unbearable, debilitating pain in my hip that's been coming on now for a few days. They said that it is sciatic nerve pain from the baby's position, and there's nothing really they can do except send me to physical therapy.

It's basically made me unable to function and I'm trying to figure out how I'm going to deal with this. Anyone else have this, or have any suggestions? I have no idea how I'll be able to work when I can't even get around my own house!
