Random pumping supply question....

So I pump once a day just to have some reserve milk on hand. I used to get 3-5oz consistently. Then the last few days it has gone down to 50-60mls! So frustrating....can variation happen (aka: do I have hope it will go back up?)

I have been under a fair amount of stress this week since my husband has been on 14 hr overnight shifts so I have been only able to count on his help 1-2 hrs a day
