Moms with 2-3 years old and pregnant

Ok, so my DS just turned 3 and we really didn't have to hard time during the 2s.  But in past month, it's been pretty bad as far as not wanting to listen to me. He will respond to DH but not me and then today threw a fit with his grandma. I'm starting to feel like a failure to the point it makes me cry.  I'm tired and feeling helpless here. Anyone else experiencing this? Makes me sad and irritated with him at the same time.
