Is there anything that can make a woman unable to breastfeed?

I would really like to breastfeed my baby. I'm only 17 weeks along so I have some time to think about it! I was just wondering if there are any factors that can make a woman unable to breastfeed. I have heard of lots of women saything that they tried but couldn't do it, I'm not sure if they were actually unable or if there is just a learning curve. Also, my OB/GYN wants me to be on anti-depressants after I have the baby as I have depression and am at high risk for PPD.. I'm not sure if I'll be able to take the medication and breastfeed as well.
